About Vast Terrain

We recently tried out their shorts and tee and want to share our thoughts.
Elevate Technical Tee
The Vast Terrain Elevate Technical Tee is their signature t-shirt. It comes in a few different colors, including a deep emerald green, a navy blue, a bold red, and a rich maroon. The shirt’s material feels awesom. It’s made from their own material that they call Argentum® fabric. It’s actually a really soft and breathable fabric. The tee has just the right amount of stretch too. They also say that the fabric is woven with a Silver Salt odor fighting technology that won’t wash away. This supposedly helps keeps the shirt smelling fresh as you sweat and workout.
The cut of the shirt is also pretty nice. It’s fitted throughout though not too slim. It could have been tapered in a little more at the waist, but is still a good fit. They have used flat-lock seems for added comfort. The bottom hem is a bonded hem, that is a little different than your usual t-shirt, but seems to hold up nicely.
Endurance Shorts
Vast Terrain also makes a pair of Endurance Shorts. These shorts have a 7 inch inseam and are only available in black. They are made to be versatile so you can wear them on a run, to yoga, or at the gym. Where these Endurance shorts shine is their material and weight. They are so light weight that you can easily forget about them, which means they won’t weigh you down. Inside is a moisture-wicking, stretch liner that will keep everything in place and help keep sweat at bay. Laser cut holes strategically placed also help to make these shorts breathe and keep you dry.
There shorts have two pockets. One small front pocket is just big enough to hold a key or two. A second pocket on the left side and angled towards the back is a little bigger. A credit card or some cash fit perfectly or even smaller cell phones. If you have a larger phone, though, you may struggle to fit it in. It does have a zip-closure so whatever you put in there will stay there. Both of these pockets are also waterproof, so your cash or keys will stay sweat-free. The material that makes them waterproof is a little thicker than the rest of the shorts, so you notice the pockets more than you might expect.
